Lizzy Jongma is a trained Historian and has been working on automation and online presentation of heritage collections since 1995. Currently, she is a data manager at the Rijksmuseum. She is responsible for structuring, improving and connecting collection information systems within the Rijksmuseum and for opening these systems up for external developments. As part of the e-stategy of the Rijksmuseum Lizzy Jongma currently works on implementing Linked Open Data and cooperates in projects for implementing semantic web technologies and structures within the Rijksmuseum.
